Attendance Requirements

NOTOCON is open to any OTO initiate member of the Minerval degree or higher who is active and of good report.

Members of the III° degree or higher may bring their non-OTO spouse or significant other at the discretion and approval of the Supreme and Holy King. They would be required to pay the full registration fee.

Notice of NOTOCON Registration Fee Change

NOTOCON had originally priced the registration fee at $165.00 and

added a service fee for on-line payments, but due to a

misunderstanding regarding PayPal policy, we have had to increase

the registration fee to $171 for all attendees to absorb the added

cost. We are very apologetic for the oversight and will still honor

the check registrations of $165.00 that have been submitted prior to

Jan. 13, 2005.

The registration fee is $171 which covers all the events on the Schedule except for the following which have additional registration fees:

Also note that there is NOT daily or tiered pricing available if people only attend partial events (for example, if you can only attend Saturday, are not going to the reception, etc.).

Important Notes and Caveats

Reservations are limited to 250 people on a first come, first served basis, so it's best to register early.

Registration closes Friday, July 8, 2005. Check payments must be postmarked by this date. Walk-in registration is not available and will be denied.

NOTOCON will not provide activities, child care or other arrangements for the children of OTO members. Parents are encouraged to coordinate child care well in advance, perhaps with other OTO members with children also planning to attend NOTOCON. Provisions will not be made for nursing or babes in arms at the banquet, workshops or other events.

Reduction penalties with the hotel require us to design a refund policy for cancellations:

If you cancel May 15, 2005 - June 14, 2005, we keep 25% of your registration fee.

If you cancel June 15, 2005 - July 8, 2005, we keep 50% of your registration fee.

If you cancel after July 8, 2005 (close of registration) we keep 100% of your registration fee.

According to our registration progress thus far, we expect that NOTOCON will sell out this year. There will be a wait list on registrations over 250 ppl. Registration slots will be given to attendees who have paid in full, regardless of the original date of registration. All outstanding check and Paypal payments must be received by Friday, July 8, 2005 in order to confirm your slot!
