 Dear Brothers & Sisters;
  The presentations offered at this year's NOTOCON will be available on video as per order/request. Please indicate which videos you are interested in purchasing below on the order form and return it to NOTOCON via/e-mail. You may also print this form and mail it to the address below. All videos are scheduled to be available by the 93rd day following the NOTOCON. (Nov 13, 2001 e.v.) A more complete release schedule will be published here in the near future, as they become available.

  The price per video is $20.00, except for "The Ship", which is $25.00. The NOTOCON Special includes all 6 speaker videos for $93. Please fill out the order form completely. Shipping and handling is $5.00 for the first video, and $1.00 for each additional video (US only). Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail (US only).

  For International orders, submit (on line) or print out and mail this form. You will be contacted concerning shipping arrangements and costs.

 At this time, these video presentations will be available only to O.T.O. Members However, nonmembers may submit order forms to indicate interest. Just click "No" in the "Are you an O.T.O. Member" field. If any of the presentations are approved for the sale to the public, you would be contacted.
